Official Commercial Return Terms
Safeburn Chemical provides dedicated clay modifier products formulated for clay brick manufacturers and brick kiln owners. Due to the industrial weight and bulk freight nature of chemical containers, our return policy is established as follows:
Refund Calculation:
- ✓ Refund Amount: 70% of product invoice value.
- ✓ Transport Deductions: 30% is treated as non-refundable freight and transport handling charges.
Condition of Returns
Any returned containers must remain in their original, unopened 27 KG heavy-duty factory seal with the brand label intact. Any opened or tampered buckets cannot be accepted for return due to contamination hazards.
